Ana Celia de Armas Caso was an actor since she was a young girl. The actress is Cuban however, she is also Spanish. She started her career in Cuba with a leading character in the romantic drama Una rosa de Francia. In 2007, she relocated away from Madrid in Spain and began starring on El Internado, a popular spanish show for six seasons. The actress was offered roles in English when she moved to Los Angeles. These included the horror film War Dogs (2015), and the thriller with a psychological theme Knock Knock (2017). The role she played as the an holographic AI Joi as seen in Blade 2049 (2017)'s science-fiction film made her famous. Ana de Armas had a romance with Ben Affleck, before the actor enlisted Jennifer Lopez on as his wife. Affleck had a relationship with Ana de Armas for nearly one year, following their appearance on Deep Water. Ana de Armas received an increase of attention while she dated Ben Affleck. This was not exactly the type of relationship that people want. Ballerina is a upcoming spinoff which stars Ana de Armas, who plays Rooney. Rooney was a serial killer as portrayed in John Wick 3 -- Parabellum however, he only made only a brief appearance. Surprisingly though John Wick: Chapter 4 doesn't directly reference Ballerina.
